25th Year of Service to SONIC Hearing

Loved working with SONIC Hearing, on display at the 2017 ACAud (Australian College of Audiology) Exhibition held at the Adelaide Convention Centre. Expanding on the EGO Exhibition System where large format digital graphics are attached using a simple magnet system. Additions to this years presentation, digital marketing messages presented through LED screens and the development of new showcase tables designed to hide the messy and sometimes very long cables that operate the audiology machines on display. Collaborative exhibition solutions are at the heart of my experience and this was the 25th year designing, supplying and managing logistics for the SONIC exhibition and visual merchandising display.

SONIC- ACAud National Congress 2015

The functional versatility of the “EGO” exhibit system has again shown SONIC to be a leader. Presenting new hearing aid products through quality graphics and a 40″ digital screen presentation. Hearing Aid product has been presented in custom built point of sale (POS) housings, designed, developed and produced by gthink studio. This display space was only 2m deep but 9m long, a low overhead ceiling prevented towers being built. This complete exhibition packs down into a single transport crate, a compact display from all angles. EGO and many other display systems are available for purchase from gthink studio.

Portable Banner Displays

Pull Up Banner Displays have been available now for many years. The units are transportable, compact and quick to set up. A Pull Up Banner is the ultimate portable display product for quick presentations and sales people on the road –  be seen!  Talbots Block – “seriously good shiraz”, recently invested in their own pull up banner to present the Talbots Block brand at trade shows and tastings.

SONIC – on display in Brisbane

SONIC Hearing, on display at the 2014 Exhibition for SONIC Hearing at the World Congress of Audiology held at the Brisbane Convention Centre. Expanding on the EGO Exhibition System where large format digital graphics are attached using a simple magnet system, I developed a new corner format on an island site.  The concept to give greater views from more locations in the exhibition hall. Collaborative exhibition solutions are at the heart of my experience and this was the 22nd year designing, supplying and managing logistics for the SONIC exhibition and marketing display.

Brand SA – On Display in Rundle Mall

This ‘Pop-Up’ Display was presented for the Department of State Development,  SA Government with the title “more than cars”   Major projects are underway in areas of mining, infrastructure and defence and the aim was to showcase the strengths of the state, including advanced manufacturing, agriculture and food. Details of the vast mineral and energy resources also highlighted the opportunities for business and communities across the state.

Using one of the Octanorm® exhibition profiles and aluminium composite panels,  “Brad Expo” built a sturdy ‘pop-up’ display under the canopy in Rundle Mall, Adelaide. A walk through design with presentation alcoves provided a new idea around every corner. Viewing windows created interaction and kept valuable product safe. The visitors were engaged through a community consultation posting panel and an interactive photo booth featuring South Australian food product.  With almost 50 display topics extensive design research was completed before the display was presented over two days.

SONIC – on display in Sydney

A big week bringing together the exhibition for SONIC Hearing at the Australian College of Audiology seminar held at the Sydney Convention Centre. Utilising the EGO Exhibition System, large format digital graphics are attached using a simple magnet system.

24″ LED screens present interactive information via client laptops. Collaborative exhibition solutions are at the heart of my experience and this was the 21st year designing and supplying exhibition and marketing displays to SONIC.

Marcus & Michael Breach opened the first Grass Roots store in early 2007 to live their dream of offering wholesome, fresh, quality food to the masses.
The grass Roots mission statement : ‘source quality, fresh ingredients and actively seek local and organic produce where possible.’

… on a good thing

when on a good thing, stick to it ….  my relationship with SONIC, will hit 20 years in 2013. SONIC Innovations first used my service in 1993, when they launched their Australian Hearing Aid division. I have designed and built many different exhibition and marketing displays over the last 20 years. The “groove” themed display presented here launched a new product, the graphic design component was worked from existing marketing material.”Greg’s strength is to consistently deliver on time and on budget, his capacity to capture a creative design theme based on a brief provided by ourselves that best reflects the products, services and marketing message we are trying to deliver to our customers is outstanding …… the awards and recognition for the quality and standard of our exhibits is now seen as the benchmark for exhibitors in our industry ”

Art of Nature – Photographic Exhibition

In 2010 I was fortunate to work with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources – South Australian Government, to develop the Art of Nature photographic exhibition. The key requirements for the project were to construct an exhibition that met environmentally friendly expectations! Renew, Reuse, Recycle and as a result  all large scale elements throughout the exhibition were constructed from recycled cardboard sheet “X-Board” supplied by Dalton Paper. The graphic components printed direct to the panel by Ochre Digital on a large format digital ink-jet printer.
